What we collect, and why we never need much.

Dubai Stand Builders collects information only when a visitor submits a quote request, listing update, supplier submission, or advertising inquiry.

Information submitted

Submitted information may include company name, contact details, event name, venue, booth size, project notes, service needs, source links, and links to floor plans or exhibitor manuals that the sender chooses to provide.

Use of information

Information is used to respond to the request, improve supplier profiles, or route relevant commercial inquiries. Quote briefs may be reviewed and shared with a small number of relevant suppliers only when the sender gives consent on the form.

Site events

The site may record basic events such as quote button clicks, outbound supplier clicks, and form submit results so the directory can improve buyer paths. These events are not used to create supplier rankings.

Do not submit sensitive files

Do not submit confidential floor plans, contracts, passports, payment details, or personal data that should not be shared. Use link-based project references only when the receiving party is allowed to view them.

Third-party links

Supplier profiles link to provider websites and public sources. Those sites have their own privacy terms.
