Starting from a generic supplier list
A broad Dubai list can hide whether a provider is suited to your actual event, venue, booth size, or stand format.
Dubai & UAE — directory
A Dubai-first sourcing directory: 43 source-backed profiles, public source links, and the buyer questions exhibitors need before sending a brief.
Start with how you're sourcing
The directory is organized around the fields exhibitors usually know before they send a brief: show, venue, stand format, booth size, supplier profile, and buyer checklist.
Start from GITEX, Gulfood, WHX Dubai, Big 5 Global, and other show contexts before checking supplier fit.

Briefing supportProcurement path
A useful Dubai stand builder shortlist should answer two questions: are you in the right supplier pool, and what should be confirmed before money changes hands?
Common traps
A broad Dubai list can hide whether a provider is suited to your actual event, venue, booth size, or stand format.
Two prices are not comparable unless design, fabrication, graphics, transport, installation, dismantling, and venue services are separated.
Access windows, contractor documentation, utility orders, floor loading, and build-up rules can change the supplier conversation.
Buyer questions
Start with whichever field is least flexible. If GITEX, Gulfood, WHX Dubai, or Big 5 Global is locked, lead with the event hub. If the booth is contracted at DWTC, Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, ADNEC, or Expo Centre Sharjah, lead with the venue hub. Otherwise begin with stand type or stand size.
Most builders can describe similar services, but only some are a real fit for the show category, the venue access plan, the booth size, and the production scope. A narrower shortlist drawn from event, venue, format, and size pages produces sharper quotes than a mass send.
Confirm event name and edition, venue and hall, booth size and orientation, stand type, design expectations, graphics deadline, AV and storage needs, and whether the supplier helps with organizer manuals and venue service orders. Builders price more accurately when those fields are settled up front.
Profiles cover services, public source links, contact paths, buyer fit notes, and the questions to ask before booking. Suppliers are organized by event, venue, stand type, and stand size so exhibitors can compare context, not just claims.
Many Dubai builders cover ADNEC and Expo Centre Sharjah, but venue access, accreditation, transport, and on-site teams differ. Use the Abu Dhabi page or the venue route to confirm capital and Sharjah experience before signing.
