Profiles, source links, buyer notes, and page placements do not guarantee supplier quality, availability, approval status, pricing, insurance, safety compliance, or contract performance.

Buyer responsibility

Buyers should confirm licenses, venue access, approvals, deadlines, safety requirements, insurance, scope, pricing, and contract terms directly with the provider and event organizer before booking.

Supplier submissions

Suppliers are responsible for sending accurate information and source links. Submitted information may be edited for clarity and buyer usefulness.

Quote requests

Quote requests are reviewed as buyer briefs. The directory may share a submitted brief with relevant suppliers when the sender gives consent, but it does not guarantee supplier response, quote quality, final pricing, availability, or contract performance.
